THE PRACTICE OF PAUSE

Life is full of demands. It is easy to live month after month in the fast lane as the spaces on the calendar fill up with responsibilities, obligations and opportunities. There’s always that sense that “this week is nuts, but next week there will be room to breath” and yet that next week never seems to arrive. There’s that deep desire to get better at what you do or maybe make some changes at work or in your personal life, only to find yourself resigned to the fact that you simply don’t have the time or the energy to move ahead on anything. 


This interactive workshop is designed to help you assess if you are living the life you were meant to live and want to live. The PAUSE process will provide you with practical tools, equipping you to establish healthy consistent practices which will help you to live and lead out of the best of who you are in your work and your personal life. 

Who Is This For: for anyone wanting to live a well ordered, sustainable life of impact

Group Size: a minimum group of 6-8.  There is no maximum limit to the size of the group.   

Time Frame: 2 - 4 hours
